HAWAII HAS SPOKEN AND FEDERAL COURT CONCURS

In a defining ruling on August 8 of this year, the Federal Court of Hawaii upheld the traditional definition of marriage, a matter that had already been voted on by the people of Hawaii. Gov. Neil Abercrombie is standing with the opposing party saying that the traditional definition of marriage is unconstitutional, defying the will of the voters of his own state. The Alliance Defending Freedom defended the case, and won.
