ILLEGAL, ILLEGITIMATE: WHO CARES?

In a culture that defies the law, upon what standard is legitimacy based? If illegality is not prosecuted and illegitimacy is not addresses, what is the future of a "LAWLESS" society?

If there are no traffic laws, what is left to prohibit. CHAOS? And then we ask ourselves, "WHAT IS organized chaos," and "is it by calculated design to deliberately orchestrate the greatest traffic jam known to man?" As a result, we are duly plunged into the DARK and MIDDLE AGES! We regress rather than PRO-gress.
